Reservations - Please call to reserve your appointments in advance. In order to get your preferred time, we recommend that you pre-book your next service prior to leaving the salon.

Punctuality - Arrive 20 minutes prior to your spa appointment to relax, drink tea, breathe and change into your spa attire. Keep in mind that your appointment may have to be shortened as a courtesy to our next guest if you arrive late.

Children and Pets - For the relaxation and rejuvenation of all of our guests and the safety of your little loved ones, please find care for them before your appointment. You need a break too!

Peaceful Retreat - All of our guests enjoy and expect a peaceful atmosphere during their visit. Please help contribute to this atmosphere by silencing all cell phones and pagers while in the spa area.

Cancellations/No Shows - Our salon and spa professionals are in great demand, so please be respectful of their time by honoring your commitment to be here. Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours prior to treatment or full payment is expected. If you receive an after-hours message please leave us a message informing us of your cancellation.

Gift Certificates - Gift certificates and series packages are available in the salon or online. Gift certificates can be used for salon, the spa, or for product purchases and are non-refundable. Click here to purchase yours online today!

Payment Types - We honor Visa, Master Card, and Debit Cards. You may also use the Aspen Falls Salon & Spa gift certificates for any service or product.

 

Gratuities - Cash Gratuities only. Gratuities are not included in menu or package pricing.
